About Ashleigh

Hi! I’m Ashleigh

I’m Ashleigh! While I am a registered clinical counsellor, I am first, a wife and Mum. I am married to my favourite person in the world! We have 3 kids (through birth and international adoption). While I do hold the professional title of registered clinical counsellor, my favourite one is Mama. Or Mum. Or Bruh. Regardless, I try to find gratitude in all the names. Most of the time.

At the core of my personal and professional life is the wholehearted belief that humans are intrinsically wired for both connection and healing. Therefore, it’s my privilege that you might consider me someone to (re)connect you to your authentic self, with your partner, with a life you want to fully live.

When you experience healing, you can truly begin feeling like your truest self!
